Małgorzata Gonia
Od 2024 r. doktorantka Szkoły Doktorskiej Nauk Humanistycznych UAM, w dyscyplinie Nauki o Sztuce. Pod kierunkiem prof. Tadeusza J. Żuchowskiego przygotowuje rozprawę na temat życia i twórczości Giovanniego Francesco de Rossiego (1626-1700), barokowego rzeźbiarza rzymskiego aktywnego zarówno we Włoszech, jak i Rzeczpospolitej Obojga Narodów. Absolwentka historii sztuki na Uniwersytecie im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu (2019-2024), tytuł zawodowy magistra uzyskała w 2024 r. (praca magisterska pt. „Wyposażenie rzeźbiarskie kaplicy św. Elżbiety Węgierskiej przy katedrze we Wrocławiu”). Od 2023 r. związana z Archiwum Audiowizualnym Wydziału Nauk o Sztuce w związku z zatrudnieniem w grancie „Cyfrowa infrastruktura badawcza dla humanistyki i nauk o sztuce DARIAH-PL”; w latach 2024-2025 w ramach ww. grantu opracowała spuściznę prof. Konstantego Kalinowskiego, obejmującą materiały dotyczące badań rzeźby barokowej na Śląsku. W 2025 r. zrealizowała staż zawodowy w The British School at Rome (Research Collections, Photographic Archive), podczas którego zajmowała się kolekcją fotografii Roberta Macphersona.
Zainteresowania badawcze: sztuka epoki baroku, nowożytna rzeźba europejska, kultura artystyczna barokowego Rzymu, rzymskie warsztaty rzeźbiarskie, polsko-włoskie relacje artystyczne, artystyczne migracje i importy dzieł sztuki

Małgorzata Gonia
Since 2024, a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Humanities at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (AMU), in the discipline of Art Studies. Under the supervision of Prof. Tadeusz J. Żuchowski, she is preparing a dissertation on the life and work of Giovanni Francesco de Rossi (1626-1700), a Roman Baroque sculptor active both in Italy and in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. She graduated in Art History from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (2019-2024), obtaining the title of Master’s degree in 2024 (MA thesis: The Sculptural Furnishings of the Chapel of St. Elizabeth of Hungary at the Cathedral in Wrocław). Since 2023, she has been affiliated with the Audiovisual Archive of the Faculty of Art Studies in connection with her employment in the grant Digital Research Infrastructure for the Humanities and Art Studies DARIAH-PL. In 2024-2025, as part of this grant, she processed the scholarly legacy of Prof. Konstanty Kalinowski, comprising materials related to research on Baroque sculpture in Silesia. In 2025, she completed a professional internship at The British School at Rome (Research Collections, Photographic Archive), during which she worked on the photographic collection of Robert Macpherson.
Research interests: Baroque art, early modern European sculpture, the artistic culture of Baroque Rome, Roman sculptural workshops, Polish-Italian artistic relations, artistic migrations and the import of works of art.
